1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Boujiezee Beaute’s website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms &
Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, designs, editorials, and
booking materials, is owned by or licensed to Boujiezee Beaute. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute,
republish, or exploit any Site content without prior written consent. Trademarks, logos, and service marks
displayed are registered and unregistered marks of Boujiezee Beaute or its licensors.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to: Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes. Attempt to disrupt,
hack, or damage the Site. Upload or share content that you do not own or have permission to use. Boujiezee
Beaute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violations.
4. Booking & Services
All deposits and balances are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Boujiezee Beaute maintains a 24-hour
cancellation policy. There is a 50% deposit to secure date and time , all remaining balances is due before reservation date . If the booking for any or both hair and makeup services is booked last minute the full payment is due before the reservation date . Clients are allowed one courtesy rescheduling without charge within four (4) weeks of the
original appointment. If a client requests an additional reschedule beyond the courtesy allowance, a full service
charge will be applied. All hair and makeup packages must be completed within the calendar year of purchase. All
subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled at any time. By booking services with Boujiezee Beaute,
clients also consent to an image release agreement: any content (photos, videos, recordings) taken by Boujiezee
Beaute during services may be published, shared, or displayed on Boujiezee Beaute social media platforms,
website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, or any affiliated channels, with Boujiezee Beaute maintaining full
ownership rights to such content.
5. Content Submission
If you submit content (e.g., stories, articles, photos): You affirm you own the rights or have proper authorization.
You grant Boujiezee Beaute a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, and distribute the content. You
waive any claims against Boujiezee Beaute for use of submitted content.
6. Editorial & Informational Disclaimer
Content on the Site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees
regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of editorial content, reviews, or guides. Fashion, wellness, and
lifestyle information should not be taken as medical, financial, or legal advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Boujiezee Beaute shall not be liable
for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services. Our liability
shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for services booked through the Site.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (linked separately). By using the Site, you consent to
the collection and use of your information in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of laws
principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, NY, unless otherwise
agreed in writing.
10. Modifications
Boujiezee Beaute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a
new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance.
