Beauty as Strategy:

What we love most about Megan is her understanding that beauty isn’t vanity in the corporate world  it’s strategy.

The hair.
The makeup.
Her signature red lip.
All intentional. All part of her performance ecosystem.

As a woman who moves in rooms where decisions shift industries, Megan treats her beauty ritual as an energetic reset before the day begins, and a subtle but undeniable elevation of her presence and I truly admire that , because so many women in business shy away from this strategy of getting ready . Rolling out of bed just isn’t cutting it anymore, It’s about how we show up and how we feel when we show up .

At Boujiezee Beaute, we’ve tailored countless looks for her corporate appearances, investor meetings, conferences, and high-stakes media moments. And the assignment is always crystal clear:
Elevate her to match the level she’s stepping into next.

A Moment of Sisterhood

In Megan’s own words:

BouGeeeLeee speak to your higher self, Queen.”

Lauren Handel Zander & Megan Asha

She reminds us after every glam session that beauty is a transfer of energy
from the confidence we create in her look, to the words of encouragement she pours back into us. It’s a cycle of elevation woman to woman, queen to queen.

We asked Megan a few questions to help other women understand the power behind her beauty, confidence, and intentional presence. Here’s what she shared with us ,

Zee : As an entrepreneur who has built and sold businesses, what has been the most transformative moment in your journey?

Megan -The most transformative moment in my journey was realizing that entrepreneurship is actually a spiritual path. Building and selling companies taught me resilience and strategy, but the real shift happened when I stopped creating from pressure and started creating from purpose. When I aligned my work with who I truly am, everything expanded…my clarity, my confidence, and the opportunities that showed up.

Zee : What inspired you to create “The Transformation,” and what do you hope people gain from listening?

Megan -I created The Transformation because I believe people are hungry for real conversations about growth not highlight reels. I wanted a space where founders, leaders, and creators could share the unfiltered truths behind their evolution the breakthroughs, the setbacks, the moments that reshape a life. My hope is that anyone listening feels inspired to step into their next chapter with more self-trust, courage, and clarity.

Zee – How has investing in your personal presentation hair, makeup, overall grooming impacted your confidence and success?

Megan – For me, personal presentation is about alignment, not vanity. When I take the time to look and feel my best, I show up with a different level of groundedness and intention. It shifts my energy. It reminds me of my worth. And it sets the tone for how I move through important rooms and conversations. That confidence absolutely impacts my success.

Zee: What advice do you have for people in business about strengthening their personal brand, both internally and externally?

Megan : A strong personal brand starts internally. Get clear on your values, your voice, and the feeling you want people to experience when they encounter you. Then let your outer brand your style, the way you communicate, your online presence, reflect that truth. When your inner world and your external expression match, your brand becomes magnetic and effortless.

Zee: What does your beauty ritual look like before a major investor meeting or keynote moment?

Megan : Before anything else, I start with my favorite oils  they ground me and instantly shift my energy. I practice hot yoga every day, and on big days it helps me get centered and clear. I also book an acupuncture facial with Bella at Soulmei Wellness, which lifts my face and calms my whole system. After that, I keep things simple glowing skincare, a fresh blowout or soft waves, and natural, polished makeup you know my  Boujiezee Beaute Signature ,It’s a ritual that helps me feel aligned, confident, and fully present before I walk into the room.
